Bug Beast Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Bug Beast, our essential oil-based bug repellent. If for any reason Bug Beast isn't right for you, we offer a simple, hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return your Bug Beast purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.

  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted for items that are either unopened or slightly used. In other words, if you've tried a small portion of Bug Beast and it isn’t right for you, you can still return it as long as most of the product is intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

  • Full Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase).

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email notification confirming when your refund has been issued.

  • No Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns. As long as your return meets the above conditions, you will receive 100% of your money back.
